I have a model release form to sign and that includes standard T&C's but importantly, I offer some assurances for the models I work with:

• The images absolutely will not be derogatory in any capacity whatsoever, impact the reputation of the model or affect their ability to find  modelling contracts afterwards. 

• Locations are picked for their highest level of aesthetics but also for the facilities to get changed in comfort and total privacy.

• The model can make requests prior, during or after any shoot.

• Food & drinks can be provided but it is the sole responsibility of the model to ensure there are no allergy risks.

• I would advise the model to leave an emergency contact number if photographing solo but this is up to the model.

• Their data is handled within the guidelines of The Data Protection Act 2018.  

• You would think all of the above goes without saying, but you would be surprised.
